The Guitar Composer Scheme is for players who are interested in either starting or developing their compositional journey on acoustic guitar.

It consists of a free six month Apprentice subscription from The College (worth £180), with the aim that it will inspire new works in an original style for the guitar. You can read more about what The Apprentice consists of by clicking here.

Applicants can be anyone, anywhere in the world. And if you’ve already signed up for a College subscription and want to apply, the six month Apprentice sub will be added to whatever you already have.

Under 18s will need permission from their parent / guardian.

The only stipulation is that you’re happy to share some of the process and compositions you develop on social media etc.
